One tablespoon of powder with enough fresh curd (dahi) for a smooth paste. Water or rose water also work.

Rest
Let the paste sit so the herbs infuse. Thirty minutes is enough.

Apply and wait
Into the roots and across the scalp with the gloves in the pack. Leave it forty-five minutes.

Warm water and a mild shampoo. Oil lightly only if your scalp feels dry.

Yes. Curd gives the smoothest paste and a little extra conditioning, but water or rose water works too. Let it rest thirty minutes either way.
Will it colour my hair?
This is a herbal care pack rather than a hair dye. Follow the pack directions and test a small section first, particularly on light or colour-treated hair.
How often should I use it, and how long does a pack last?
Once a week. One 100 g pack is roughly four to five uses for shoulder-length hair.
Is it suitable for men?
